Are all Americans CEO with Christianity?

CEO of Canon Company, a leading Japanese camera manufacturer says in his paper, ';In the U.S. the CEOs of superior companies manage with philosophical backbone of ethics grounded in Christianity.'; Is his opnion correct? Americans are not only christians, right?
