I have forned a company and registered it as an LLC. there is to be a childcare center LLC under the parent company LLC, my question is ... { is it possible to have LLC members of the the subsidary LLC that are not involved with the parent company LLC
My reason for this, is that the original co. is to be an investment co.
and I would like to work with dirrerent investors on future ventures, simply because I did not recieve the support promised from the {now investors, aka family members }...
We ,collectively, have the credentials to operate the center , but I would seriously like to take the parent company in another direction......because I am seeking investors of a different caliber....
