All about $15 million dollars..?

I am investigating a New Zealand investment company that is trying to raise $15 million dollars in an initial public offering(IPO) my question is that Can you please suggest any three other alternative ways of raising 15 million dollars apart from issue of equity shares for this company? What are the features, advantages and disadvantages of these forms of funding?
