Answers from Singaporean pls?

Anyone knows the opening hours for Malaysian Airlines office @Clemenceu Avenue ? I have tried calling their so called customer service line every few hours and I have been holding for more than 10 mins for each call. NO ONE ANSWERING ! Just the damn voicemail asking me to hold on, you will be attended shortly. And the Malaysian webpage does not help either. Do not have the opening hours.
